Habit Enforcer
In ProgressAn uncompromising discipline and habit-building mobile tool that locks access to your phone via an unskippable overlay until daily scheduled routines are completed.
- • Inspiration & Real-World Motivation: Created out of personal necessity to overcome lack of discipline and enforce daily consistency, specifically to guarantee daily completion of a flexibility stretching routine and habituated study sessions.
- • Enforced Routine Scheduling: Enables users to configure strict, scheduled commitments (e.g. 15 minutes of Anki flashcards daily at 8:00 PM).
- • System-Level Lockscreen Overlay: When a habit session triggers, the app engages an unavoidable device overlay locking the rest of the phone until the task is fulfilled, while safely whitelisting emergency contacts and essential tools.
- • Automatic Device Release: Detects and verifies the full completion of the designated activity, immediately lifting the phone lockdown overlay.
- • Current Progress: Core functionality (scheduling triggers, locking overlay, and activity tracking) is complete and working; current focus is on organizing premium tier feature sets and monetized workflows.

Todoinator - Glorified To-do List
In ProgressA custom Android to-do list app powered by a mathematical “True Urgency” sorting engine, daily morning reminders, and local calendar awareness.
- • Motivation & Practicality: Fully aware this isn't the most groundbreaking project, but I needed a reliable to-do list and didn't want to pay subscription fees for premium features available elsewhere, so it was easier to build exactly what I needed myself.
- • “True Urgency” Mathematical Sorting Engine: Developed a custom ranking formula that dynamically orders tasks based on approaching deadlines and a user-assigned 1-5 priority scale, ensuring focus stays on what actually matters most.
- • Morning Reminders: Automated daily morning prompts to deliver a focused rundown of prioritized action items for the day ahead.
- • Local Calendar Awareness: Integrates with the device's local calendar to detect schedule openings and intelligently suggest the best time slots to tackle pending tasks.
- • Development Stack: Built for Android using React Native and Expo Go for rapid mobile iteration and native component testing.
